At Ebikpro.com, returns are just easy! . Please just log into your account , submit a Return/Refund request in the Order History paper, our team will handle your request right away. Several situation related to the return.
Products with no quality-related issues can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order products. For details of the return policy, please choose the region where the order was delivered: European Union or United States and rest of the world.
- European Union: Products (excluding made-to-measure items) with no quality-related issues may be returned for a refund by contacting Customer Service within 7 days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for all return shipping fees.
- United States and rest of the world:Products (excluding made-to-measure, disposable, lingerie, and clearance items) with no quality-related issues may be returned for a refund or exchange by contacting Customer Service within 7 days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for all return shipping fees.
Any product that has been used does not qualify for a return. Returned items must be unused, with original tags and packaging.
Items that can be returned/refunded or exchanged within the warranty as following the below criteria:
1. Faulty items damaged/broken, or soiled upon arrival.
2. Items received in the incorrect size/color.
*Warranty: 1 year for eBike, Motocycle , Bicycle Category (excluding eBike Motor), 30 days for the rest of the items
We cannot accept returns in terms of the following conditions:
1. Items outside the 30 days warranty time-frame.
2. Washed, worn, used, tag-removed or misused items.
1. While the order has been under shipping logistics, you will have to wait until receipt of the package before making a return request in terms of complated Cross-Border process including the domestic and international custom clearance, international shipping carriers and agencies handling.
2. If you refuse to take the package from postman or from your local pick-up spot for any reason, we will not handle your return requests because the package situation won't be verified.
