1. Open the water tank. Before opening the water tank cover, make sure that the water tank is in a cold state.
2. Choose the water tank probe of the appropriate car series.
3. Tighten it to the water tank while inspecting the rubber ring to be completely consistent.
4. Insert the quick connector into the water tank probe.
5. Take out the hand pump set, pressurize to the pressure indicating that the indication reaches approximately 15~20psi (1Bar).
6. Check the pressure gauge.
6.1 Assuming that the pointer of the pressure gauge remains unchanged for several minutes, it means that the system can be used normally.
6.2 If the indicator ~ drops, it indicates that the system has cracks due to pressure damage
6.2. 1 Check whether there is water leakage in each pipeline of the water tank, and repair it according to the location of the water leakage.
6.2.2 Check the condition of the rubber ring.
6.2.3 Re-test to ensure that the repaired system can be used normally.
7. After the test is completed, release the pressure from the pressure relief valve to the pressure gauge to zero. ,
8. Before finishing using the collection:
8.1 Insert the water tank probe into the quick head, pressurize it several times, and drain the residual water vapor in the pipe of the hand-pumped pump set, and it can be stored.
8.2 Pour pneumatic oil into the air inlet at the rear of the hand pump group to lubricate the piston in the pipe. Then insert the water tank probe into the quick, pressurize several times, and drain the residual steam oil in the pipe of the hand pump group to store it.
