For Vespa, Piaggio and some Kinetic mopeds.  Like the Bravo, Grande, Si, Ciao and TFR.  This style has a bendy 90 degree cable router.

The Carburetor takes care of the preparation of the mixture of air and fuel to send in the combustion chamber.
