BM800 Battery Tester Main Function :

1. Startup test:

* lf the starting voltage reading is greater than 9.6v ( for a 24V system, the reading is greater than16V ) , it means that the walking system is good.

* lf the starting voltage reading is less than 9.6v ( for a 24V system, the reading is less than 16V ), it means there is a problem with the starting system.

* Please check related parts such as connection points, wires and starters, and battery terminals forcorrosion.

2. Charging Test

* lf the voltage reading is greater than 15.0V ( for a 24V system, the reading is greater than 30.00-v ), please check the voltage regulator.

* lf the voltage reading is less than 13.3V ( for a 24V system, the reading is less than 26.60V), please check the connection points, wires and engine.

3. Battery Test

it is recommended to replace the Battery when the Battery life is less than 45%.

4. Loading Test

Check whether the battery has enough load capacity to run all electrical equipment such as playing car music etc.
