Package Included:
• 1x Cam Seal Cap w/ 3 Rubber O-rings. (100% Brand New Never Used Or Installed)
Installation Steps:
• 1. Remove valve cover bolts. (10mm bolts)
• 2. Remove 4 plug wires.
• 3. Remove valve cover.
• 4. Remove cam cap rail. (12mm, 10mm bolts)
• 5. Remove camshaft endcap. (10mm bolts)
• 6. Remove old cam seal. Clean area of old oil.
• 7. Use RTV on the bottom of new cam seal. Place cam seal into position.
• 8. Place cam endcap into position. Tighten 10mm bolts down.
• 9. Place cam cap rail on.
• 10. Run the bolts of rail down but do not tighten. (12mm, 10mm bolts)
• 11. Use torque wrench to tighten 12mm bolts 20FT-lbs, 10mm bolts 7FT-lbs.
• 12. Install valve cover.
• 13. Install grommets, washers and bolts.
• 14. Install plug wires.
• 15. Install plug wire cover and you're done.
