Repair steps

1. Clean up the damaged area of the glass. The old wound can be cleaned up with a cotton swab and dripping repair liquid. There should be no residual moisture or stains.

2. Find the glue injection port at the damaged place, and use a pick pin to remove the broken glass.

3. Cut the long cured film according to your damaged length (don't cut the width to make sure it can completely cover the cracks)

4. Spot the repair solution along the crack damage, and then apply the cured film to quickly cover, place the crack in the middle of the cured film and be completely covered.


5. Squeeze out all the air bubbles between the glass and the cured film. The entire cured film is completely glued to the glass by the repair liquid, and the glass is completely bonded. During the entire repair process, please keep the cured film from moving and not entering air.

6. Drop a drop of liquid on the suction cup, and then press it firmly on the position in the middle of the crack for 1 minute to make the suction cup and the cured film fit (the suction cup is best to be the broken opening of the crack)

7. Use your index finger to lift up the suction cup (attention), and keep the lift for more than 2-3 minutes.

8. During the period, you will see bubbles constantly emerging. Pull once to squeeze the bubbles from the cured film once, and then continue to pull.



9. Keep patience and change a position and then pull it up several times until there are no cracks and black spots, and the cracks gradually fade.

10. Observe the cracks at a 45° angle. The black dots quickly move to the suction cup lifting position and disappear.

11. Use a pen to align the middle of the crack in the car and move to the top crack (please pay attention to the right). The small black spots in the crack will be further discharged, the liquid penetration will be intensified, and the crack will further fade and disappear.

12. Observe the glass at a 45° angle until the cracks disappear, and then cure it. Once cured, it cannot be repaired again.

Note: The air is exhausted and the penetration is not ideal. Do not cure in advance. Once cured, it cannot be repaired again.




13. Keep the cured film covering the cracks, move the car to direct sunlight for 10-30 minutes or use a UV lamp instead of curing until it is cured.

14. Tear off the cured film, scrape off the excess resin, and the repair is complete.

Note: If there are residual fog spots, drop as little repair liquid as possible on the fog spots, cover the cured film to fit naturally, and don't touch it with anything. After UV curing, just tear off the cured film, not scraping with a blade.
