New with the Dyno-tab® ULTRA chemistry is a fuel lubricant, an important benefit with many reformulated gasoline/petrol and diesel fuels. When fuel is refined to eliminate sulfur, it becomes much dryer and has less lubricity. This can increase the friction in older mechanical fuel injectors and in the upper parts of the engine itself. Increased friction contributes to accelerated wear, and ULTRA is tested to show increased fuel lubricity.

Dyno-tab® ULTRA also has an advanced stabilizer package to keep fuel free from the formation of engine-clogging gum, varnish and sludge, which, over time, robs power, performance and economy.
