1)Orders processed timely after the payment verification.That cargos if we mark free shipping, no more freight fee then, just remind that for inporting cargoes, you need to pay tax to customs in your country, that fee will be in your charge, 

base on the Customs policies in your place.

2)We only ship to confirmed order addresses. Your order address MUST MATCH your Shipping address.

Our first choice is DHL if fee shipping,you can choose UPS, EMS, TNT, Fedex ect, but sometimes you need to pay few more fee for it.

3)BTW,dear friend,if your address belongs to remote areas  via DHL, we will notify you add remote fee, I apologize for the inconveniences

4)If successfully, you can get the cargo in 4-8 working days after payment through DHL/TNT/Fedex/UPS,throught EMS sometimes about 7-15days,some times need to wait 30days,please wait patiently if the express speed slow by accident :)

5)if you like to choose HK post,Aramex,or Sglogistics, please contact me,shipping fee should be different,i will adjust the payment for you.

Each item has been tested before sending to our customers for make sure it can be operating in good condition, in unfortunately, you do not receive complete cargoes or good quality product, do not worry, contact me as soon as possible, we will find out the problem, solve them for you, if it is our mistake, we will take corresponding measures, full refund, or send new cargoes to you.
