Bluetooth 3.0 Type Connection to Android Phones

First make sure the scanner was connected to your car and ignition on. And turn on Bluetooth function on your phone to find and connect the "OBDII" device as photo steps.

Connect to Diagnosis Software

Take Torque for example, in settings set the connection type to bluetooth and go connecting as photo showing, if phone bluetooth connected, this will be an easy step.
