1. This item is with a ballast, which have a temperature adjustment function. As the temperature of the bulb rises, the power will drop to a certain level. it's normal and it will help the bulb to prolong its service life. The actual power provided can be 80%~90% of the theory data

2. This bulb is WITHOUT canbus system, fit for 95% of the vehicles. For vehicles need canbus system it may show errors or flickering after using the LED. It's not quality problem, If this kind of problem occurs, you need buy additional decoders to eliminate errors or flicker.
