Unlike other gear indicators available for your bike,this product connects to the diagnostic connector. It makes the installation very simple.The unit reads data directly from the ECM, offering faster and more reliable readings than competitive products.The unit is fully automatic,there are no buttons and no "programming wire", The display will indicate all gears correctly when ignition is On,side stand is UP and the engine stop switch is in RUN position.
