KW608 high-pressure common rail injector tester is a simple, powerful, portable injector tester, which has 3 major functions:

For BOSSCH:  Injector type selection, here you can choose For BOSSCH ,ForDENSSO,ForDELPHHI,ForCAAT, in the case of inserting PIEZO Cable, you can choose PIEZO

VL:   Fuel injector working selection, here you can choose VE, TL, LL and so on

<:     Indicates where the cursor is located

Freq:  Frequency setting, range (electromagnetic (1-30HZ), piezoelectric (1-20HZ))

Width:  Pulse width setting, range (0-5000us)

1:Port selection, according to the installed drive,the port number identified by the computer, select the corresponding port number here

2: Open the port,

3: Select the fuel injector type

4: Select working mode

5: Set fuel injection frequency

6: Set fuel injection pulse width

7: Set the number of injections, 0 means spraying all the time

8: Turn on the injector, and the injector starts to work

9: Display the current fuel injection times

10: System settings, can set the software language, view, help, etc.

How todistinguish the piezo and electromagnetic Injector ？

Use themultimeter  ,Measuring  the injecotor resistance, if theresistance >180KΩ,  then it's the piezo injector

if theresistance<10 Ω  then it'selectromagnetic Injector
