1.Normally we will ship your items within 3 business day once your payment is confirmed by Officematics.

2.  Please fill in your full name in order to pass the customs and deliver successful.  

3.  Please note that buyers are responsible for all additional customs duties, and taxes for importation into your country. These additional fees may be collected at time of delivery. We will not refund shipping charges for refused shipments.  

4.  In some countries, buyers are required to pick up the goods at the local post office. If they do not pick up the parcels within one month, the parcels will be destroyed and no refund, please kindly note it.
