Hydraulic Brake Park Lock 1/8NPT Manual Brake Line Lock Pressure Hold Disc Drum 

Application:

Operation:

• Step on the brakes.
• Push down the knob on the Brake Lock.
• Release the foot brake and it's locked.
• To release the lock, step on the foot brake and it opens automatically.

Install:

• Use two holes to mount the brake lock where is properly.
• In port (1/8” NPT): connect to master brake cylinder, it also come with 3/16” brake line fitting, you can chose to use the fitting or not.
• Out port (1/8” NPT): connect to rear brakes. , it also come with 3/16” brake line fitting, you can chose to use the fitting or not.
• Note: it should NOT be used under unintended, emergency or long time hold brake.

Installation Instructions:

• Use the two 0.25" body holes to secure the valve to a mount.
  Connect the lower port to the pressure line coming from the master cylinder.
  Connect the line going to the rear brakes to the upper port.
  Bleed brake system of all air in the lines and don't push down on the knob.
  Check for any leaks and make corrections before proceeding.

Cautious:Unit must be mounted in a location that is easy to reach from the driver's seat while pressing on the brake pedal so that you can set the lock.
Operation:
Setting the Park Lock: Depress the brake pedal, push the knob down and release the brake pedal.
Releasing the Park Lock: Push the brake pedal slightly harder than before and it releases automatically.
