Q: What's the difference between Hardware version V1.5 &  V2.1 ?

A: Hardware version V1.5 can support more car protocols than Hardware version V2.1.

Q:What's the pairing code of  Bluetooth transmission mode?

A: Usually, the pairing code is "1234"; try "0000" when the ELM327 is "VIECAR" brand.

Q: My phone can connect with the device, but it can't find my car?

A:Please check if you have choosed the "OBDII" adapter of "adapter choice" in software setting;

Please check your Android systerm version is V4.0-4.4  or V5.0;

Please check the protocol of your car;

Q:Why my computer can't connect with the bluetooth?
