Installation Instruction:
Remove the upper intake plenum.
Remove the air intake duct.
Disconnect the throttle housing.
Disconnect the battery.
Disconnect ultimate positive feed wire.
Disconnect fuel line, remove each of the 8 fuel injectors and wiring connector, set those aside.
Loosen upper intake manifold retaining bolts
Remove the intake manifold.Any knock sensors and harnesses need to be removed or relocated.
Remove the factory LS valley cover bolts.
With the bolts removed, lift up and remove the factory LS valley cover and valley cover grommet.
Carefully inspect all internal components and the gasket for damage, wear, or lack of proper sealing. Then Install the new LS valley cover.
