Backing Plate

Hook&Loop back structure for backing plate, can be firmly sticked with the velvet back of polishing pads prevent it from sliding or falling off under high-speed rotation. Meanwhile, you can easily replace backing plate or pads.

Sanding papers

Sanding papers coated with aluminium oxide bound with synthetic resin are the perfect choice for working of all wood, woodbased materials, and metal. And from coarse sanding to fine sanding have different functions and uses.

POLISHING PADS APPLICATION

• Clean pads frequently during use with compressed air, a vacuum,or SPTA pad conditional brush tool to maintain consistent performance.

• Do not over-saturate the pad with compound.Too Much compound can lead to diminished performance.

• Clean with warm water and a mild soap after finishinq working, rinse totally to remove residues. Dry in air will avoidsolvent-based compound and cleaner remains and protect the foams cell structure.
