Blue T40 foam is universal and multi-purpose, it has a light cutting action, and . will remove scratches and swirl marks while leaving a level and smooth surface, can be used in conjunction with heavy polishing compounds or micro-fine compounds.

T20 Red Finishing Polishing Pad

Red T20 foam has very light cleaning action for removal of ultra-fine swirl marks, car wash scratches, and hazing, leaving a swirl-free gloss finish when used in conjunction with finishing polishes.

Japanese Wool Pad

Imported fine wool, buffer layer design, effective buffering, smoother use.

White Wool Pad

Used for paint polishing and polishing,good cutting force can remove sand marks,oran-ge peel and heavy OXide layer.Suitable for small area detail processing.

Microfeber Fast Finishing Pad

It is used for finishing after waxing the surface of the paint.remove imperfections, swirls, oxidation and water spots. It can be used together with the used together with the machine to improve work efficiency and save working time.

Adapter

Adapters are available in three different sizes (M14, M16, 5/8-11") and can be freely converted to rotary and DA polishing machine.

Backing Plate

Using a pouring technique, the metal screw is combined with the tray.Avoid alling off, slipping.etc;

The size for the backing plate is 1inch/2inch/3inch,a variety of sizes for you to choose,please choose the right backing plate according to the hook & loop size of the polishing pad.

POLISHING PADS APPLICATION

• Clean pads frequently during use with compressed air, a vacuum,or SPTA pad conditional brush tool to maintain consistent performance.

• Do not over-saturate the pad with compound.Too Much compound can lead to diminished performance.

• Clean with warm water and a mild soap after finishinq working, rinse totally to remove residues. Dry in air will avoidsolvent-based compound and cleaner remains and protect the foams cell structure.
