Installation Guide

Step 1

Note:Wavy sponge is the same size as flat sponge
Please allow 1-3mm errors due to manual measurement, thanks!

Step 2

Mount the adapter with the flexible shaft attached to the spindle of the polishing machine.

Step 3


Remove the handle collet and nut and select the appropriate polishing head.
Connect the polishing head and lock it tightly;

Step 4

After installing the polishing machine, the flexible shaft, the adapter and the polishing head, you can use it.

Function

With Adhesive backing, you can change pads just in seconds.

POLISHING PADS APPLICATION

• Clean pads frequently during use with compressed air, a vacuum,or SPTA pad conditional brush tool to maintain consistent performance.

• Do not over-saturate the pad with compound.Too Much compound can lead to diminished performance.

• Clean with warm water and a mild soap after finishinq working, rinse totally to remove residues. Dry in air will avoidsolvent-based compound and cleaner remains and protect the foams cell structure.
