● Exception from liability

We refuse to be responsible for broken report below:

1)impeller broken for foreign matter entering reason;

2)shaft break,etc.caused by wrong installation and using reason.

In this case,we will send repair kit or new chra or new turbo (for Charge)according to customer's request.

● Broken report

Detail broken description and photos are needed to be sent to the seller to analyze reason and discriminate responsibility.

● Buyer is responsible for covering shipping postages to and from us.

● Repair kits have no grantee, GREAT CARE has been taken when selecting best quality parts and packing the kits, claim of missing parts in the kits will NOT be accepted.

● Professional installation is highly recommended. Any damage resulted from incorrect installation, improper use or lack of maintenance or accident will not be covered by the warranty.

● The warranty will be void as Turbocharger or component are used in extreme condition like competition sports or record breaking attempts.

● Turbocharger or component will have no warranty when it is damaged by ingestion of foreign matter.
