1. What should I do if the light I received is not working or defective?

Please contact us first if you any problem, please DO NOT open the dispute or leave negative feedback.

2. How long is the delivery time?

Order will be sent in 2 days, but the tracking number and information will be updated later.

We will send with different shipping way according to your address. Delivery time as belows (Usual time)

DHL, 4-6 days. Fedex, 7-9 days. UPS, 8-10 days. EMS, 15-20 days.

To other countries which are hard to make customs clearance like Argentina, Brazil etc is not stable.

3. Can I order other beam pattern (no available in your shop)?

Yes, we are factory. Please tell us your requirement, we will try our best to do it.

4. Warranty and after-services (Product Failure)

Warranty 2 years.

If you installed the product according to the instructions and used it for the purpose as it was designed, and it failed within the promised period, then you deserve a replacement or partial payment refund. 

But we require as much information as you can supply (including pictures or videos if possible) to give us feedback on the cause of a failure to ensure we take that into consideration in our manufacturing process in the future.  We promise to work hard on your behalf to ensure a replacement can be sent to you ASAP.

Shipment & Customs issues

Price is not including the customs taxes.

But we always write lower amount to avoid the customs fees, however some countries have very strict customs policy.

Then you still need to pay taxes. Please understanding this.
