Q&A When will order get shipped after payment? Order will be shipped out within 4 days after the payment funds to our account. What is the value of products written on " Invoice"? With no specific requirements, actual value of product will be written on Invoice. If lower invoice value is needed for better completing custom clearance, please inform in advance. Is actual item in consistency with pictures posted on the store? All photos are 100% original taken from actual item. Slight color difference might exist due to brightness, computer monitor settings, and naked eye sensitivity. Return & Refund Policy If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us (it happens, you're human), we can refund the purchase price or exchange those products, subject to the following conditions: 1. Contact us within 7 days after items received. Note: If you contact us after 7 days, we will consider item be used in your possession. We will not refund you or replace it for you, because it can not be resold. No Exceptions. 2. Ship the item back to US within 30 days after we agree on the Return. Note: Overdue return will not get refund or replacement. 3. All returned items must be in original package with all components and accessories, product in full original condition. Returned specific reason, item ship back tracking number, customer order ID need to be provided. Then both seller and buyer cancel the transaction from Officematics, or customer choose to have the replacement. 4. Subject to above conditions, we will refund you full amount of the item, while return shipping cost be covered half by seller, half by customer. Warranty Term 12 Months limited warranty time for defective items. Defect items be reported and returned within warranty period, customer needs to provide order number and inform us defect part. Attention: The following conditions are beyond warranty scope: 1. Man-Made reson: man-made reason lead to broken led chip, chapped wire, user modify or repair the bulb themselves, etc. 2. Canbus problem: When replace the original halogen bulb with LED bulb, some vehicles may meet with canbus problem like light flickering etc. Please connect suitable decoder to solve the canbus problems. 3. Installation problem: some vehicles may can not install our product because of small installation space or installation position doesn't fit etc. Please read product size carefully before placing order. 4.
